If you need to return a product to us you must contact us within 30 days of receipt. You must have the original invoice number to reference. Orders over $100 are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

If you are missing merchandise from you order, or have received damaged items, contact us within 10 days so we may get the issue resolved in a timely manner. We will replace any merchandise that is received in a damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise.

Privacy Policy:

We do not share customer information including email or postal mail addresses
with anyone. It is not our policy to spam nor do we send unwanted postal mail. Any email sent will be only to notify customers of new or sale items, or to acknowledge information on the orders received.

Typographical Errors:

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, error in pricing, or product information received from our suppliers, we will attempt to contact you before canceling the order or item that is incorrect. Information on our web site is updated daily and will almost always be current.

Sales Tax:

Wee are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Utah. Each customer
shall be solely responsible for all sales tax, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.
